Marriage applications must be sent prior to arriving in Belize
Requirements After arriving in Belize
You both must be in the Country 3 days before applying for a license
1 day notice is required before you apply at the Attorney Generals Ministry
Proof of citizenship (Passport, original birth certificate with raised seal, or signed by a notary public); the certificate must include fathers name.
Proof of divorce, if applicable; or copy of death certificate if you are a widower.
If you are over 18, you do not need parental consent or blood test.
